We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and other materials show petitioner and co-accused had snatched money from the de-facto complainant. Recovery of stolen money has been made from the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
