It has been informed that the examination of the accused Bpg.

person under Section 313 Cr.P.C. is over and the next date has been fixed for argument of the case on 9th December, 2025. Having regard to the stage of the case, I direct the learned trial court to conclude the argument within a period of 30 days from the date of commencement. The learned lawyers appearing for the petitioners would cooperate. The hearing of the present case would continue irrespective of any resolution of the local bar. The verdict of the case be pronounced by 1st February, 2026.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 818 of 2025, CRM(NDPS)819 of 2025 and CRM(NDPS) 688 of 2025 are disposed of. Status report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
