The petitioner's grievance is that the private respondents have encroached upon the Government land, thereby obstructing his egress and ingress. The petitioner submitted a representation ventilating his grievance before the State authorities on 19th July, 2021, but the same has not been considered as yet. The petitioner prays for consideration of the said representation by the authorities at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 19th July, 2021, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties

including the petitioner and the private respondent, in accordance with law.

With such observation, WPA 15737 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits are invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
