Imtiaj Uddin ...for the petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC The writ petitioner is aggrieved that a panel sent to the office of the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Contain Sub-Division, Purba Medinipur, for recruitment to the post of Group-D staff, has not been approved and is lying unattended. The panel was prepared on March 21, 2010 and received by the office of the D.I., on September 24, 2010.

In those circumstances, the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Contai Sub-Division, Purba Medinipur, shall take a decision on the panel submitted by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

A copy of the writ petition shall be served afresh along with the copy of this order on the

Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Contai Sub-Division, Purba Medinipur.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
