Subsequently, directions were passed upon the concerned police authorities by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Basirhat. Learned advocate for the State submits a report which reflects regarding the steps taken by the police authorities.

It has been categorically stated that the police authorities have already drawn up a proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions advanced by the petitioner.

Additionally, it has been submitted that since affidavits have not been invited, the other allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Having considered that a dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents over a property, the police authorities would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14893 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
