Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the progress of the investigation in connection with Narayangarh PS Case No. 324/2022 dated 17.12.22.

State has submitted a report dated 28.06.2023.

Report reflects that the police authorities proceeded with the investigation of the case. However, the police authorities could not give any finality to the investigation, as at the relevant stage only because the caste certificate was not produced by the present petitioner.

Having considered that the police authorities had taken steps and more than two years have passed since the registration of the FIR, I am of the view that the petitioner, if required, would address the issues before the jurisdictional court

already in seisin of Narayangarh PS Case No.

324/2022.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14794 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
