Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners refers to the Enforcement Case Information Report dated February 4, 2021. He submits that the report was generated on the basis of a compliant under Sections 132 and 135 of the Customs Act, 1962, being initiated. He refers to the orders passed from time to time. Learned Additional Solicitor General, opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. He submits that none of the petitioners is cooperating with the investigation. Considering the involvement of the petitioners and the gravity of the offences, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, as prayed for. CRM 6451 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
