Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the prayer 'B' of the writ petition. The petitioner is an approved Assistant Teacher at Asannagar High School (H.S.), District - Nadia of the subject Sanskrit.

A representation of the petitioner dated April 22, 2023 addressed to the Headmaster of the said school has been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Nadia, the respondent no.5 herein whereby and whereunder the petitioner has alleged that her arrear salary for the period from December, 2013 to April, 2015 at the rate of her entitled postgraduate scale has not been paid and she was also denied with one increment. The said representation

dated April 22, 2023 forms part of the writ petition and is appearing at page 85 of the writ petition. Mr. Dhole, learned advocate for the State submits that the prayer of the petitioner is barred by limitation.

Be that as it may, the respondent no. 5 is directed to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, if necessary, after giving the petitioner or her representative an opportunity of hearing.

W.P.A. 14797 of 2023 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have denied by the respondents.
