Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that this is an application for transfer of a matrimonial suit for dissolution of marriage under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Now, both the parties have amicably settled their dispute and they have already filed an application under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act for mutual divorce. In view of the above, the present revisional application has become infructuous and as such, the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present revisional application, and wants to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, C.O. 1734 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
