The Chairman, Nadia District Primary School Council has forwarded a report dated 21st August, 2024 to the learned advocate representing the Council wherefrom it appears that the Council, after verification, has already forwarded the relevant documents relating to the claim of the petitioner for disbursement of final payment of G.S.L.I. amount to the Manager (P&GS), LIC of India. Presently, LIC of India is to disburse the amount in favour of the petitioner.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman of the Council to ensure that

the payment is disbursed in favour of the petitioner at the earliest.

Instruction forwarded by the Chairman, Nadia DPSC dated 21.08.2024 be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
