The petitioners seek liberty to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action on the ground that the petitioners are licensed money changers at Petrapole border and upon reopening of the border in April 2022, various new modalities have taken place.

In view of the same, the petitioners are at liberty to withdraw the writ petition with further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

W.P.A. 15747 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly However, there shall be no order as to costs.
