English Bazar Police Station, Malda, is taken on record. By filing this application, the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of bail imposed by this Court vide order dated 25th June, 2024. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a day labour is facing inconvenience in attending the Police station once in a fortnight and as such the condition of bail may be relaxed.

Report placed by State discloses that the petitioner has more or less complied the conditions imposed in the said bail order dated 25.6.2024.

Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the condition imposed in the bail order dated 25th June, 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall not leave the State of West Bengal without taking permission from the Trial Court and to meet with the Officer-in-Charge, English Bazar Police Station 'once in a month until further orders' instead of 'once in a fortnight until further orders'. Other portion of the bail order shall remain unaltered.
