1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction dated 8th February, 2024 in W.P.A.(P) 25 of 2024.

2. The District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas has submitted a report from which it is seen that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, the Teacher-inCharge, Bansberia Kedarnath Vidyapith (H.S.) issued an overdrawn certificate of an amount of Rs.3,02,450/- from the month of September, 2021 to August, 2022 against Sahanur Khatun on 21st February, 2025 and the said amount of Rs.3,02,450/- has been duly returned to the Government Exchequer on 21st February, 2025.

3. In support of the said stand, the relevant challan for depositing the amount has been enclosed.

4. The report submitted by the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas along with the enclosures are placed on record and the contempt petition is disposed of.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
