It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eyewitnesses show petitioner and one Tuni Dolui assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Keeping in mind the role of the petitioner in the alleged crime and gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
