Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representations with the police authorities were not addressed by the police authorities. Such information was sent on December, 2021.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that addressing the grievance of the petitioner Rajarhat Police Station Case No. 367/2021 dated 16.12.2021 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court against the accused persons.

Having considered that the police authorities took steps pursuant to the information furnished and there has been change of circumstances with passage of time, I direct that if further inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, petitioner would approach the

police authorities who would address the grievance of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15810 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
