The appellant was the respondent in the writ petition. The appeal is directed against the order of the Hon'ble Single Bench dated 15th September, 2021. By the order impugned of the Hon'ble Single Bench, the requisitionsts/the writ petitioners/who are the private respondents in this appeal were permitted to

proceed in accordance with law for holding a Noconfidence meeting. The concerned official authorities under the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973 (for short, the 1973 Act) were also directed to take steps in accordance with law to ensure that the such requisition meeting is held in compliance with democratic principles.

The State Respondents are represented by Mr.

Mahata, Learned Counsel with Mr. Gupta, Learned Advocate.

Having considered the order impugned dated 15th September, 2021, this Court finds no reason to intervene with the said order.

The observations of the Hon'ble Single Bench be read in the manner seeking due compliance of the statutory provisions.

MAT 1082 of 2021 with IA No. CAN 1 of 2021 stand thus disposed of.

In view of the above discussion, affidavits are neither necessary, nor invited. Allegations made stand to be denied and disputed.
