Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits that no narcotic substance was recovered from his possession. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. His prayer for bail was rejected in May, 2022 and there is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
