Mr. Golam Karim Chowdhury .. for the petitioner Ms. Juin Dutta Chakraborty ... for the Respondent nos. 7 to 13 The present writ petition has been preferred praying for direction upon the police authorities to take action against the private respondents who are trying to interfere with the construction work of the petitioners which is being made as per valid sanction plan from concerned authority.

It appears that the petitioners have filed petition of complaint before the local police station and GD Entry No. 622 of 2021 was registered with Nalhati Police Station.

It is the case of the petitioner that even though he is trying to make the construction with proper sanction plan from the concerned authority and in respect of his own property the respondents are obstructing the petitioners' unlawfully.

The dispute prima facie appears to be civil but considering the fact that there is a complaint before the police, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the Officer-in-Charge of Nalhati P.S. shall act on the GD Entry No. 622 of 2021 filed by the writ petitioner in accordance with law and decide the petitioners dispute within a period of 30 days from the date of this order WPA No. 15769 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

All connected pending applications disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
