1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The earlier application for anticipatory bail in respect of the present petitioner was rejected by an order dated 25.11.2021 passed in CRM 5579 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner now renews the prayer for anticipatory bail of the self-same petitioner on the ground that charge-sheet has been filed in the meantime and one of the accused, who is on similar footing with the present petitioner, has not been charge-sheeted.

4. We do not find such submission to constitute a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. The application being CRM(A) 2593 of 2023 is dismissed. (Chitta Ranjan Dash, J.)
