Petitioner had masqueraded as CBI officials and committed robbery. He has been identified by witnesses in the course of Test Identification Parade. Bail prayer of co-accused has been turned down. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
