The L.C.R. has also not arrived. In view of our order dated 13th June, 2022, we dismiss the appeal and the connected application for default as it appears that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal and the connected application. In view of our order dated 13th June, 2022, no further step is required to be taken to bring the L.C.R. Hence, the appeal being FA 336 of 2006 and the application being CAN 1 of 2006 (Old No: CAN 5628 of 2006) stand dismissed for default.
