Mansoor Alam ....for the State Mr. Sambhu Nath Sardar ....for the Respondent Nos. 8 to 12 The grievance of the petitioner is directed against outstanding dues of electricity payable by the private respondent nos. 8 to 12.

On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that a separate electricity connection has been provided to the private respondents as far back as in 2023 and they are receiving electricity from that separate meter. There are no dues pending insofar as the petitioner is concerned It is also submitted on behalf of the WBSEDCL that there are no dues pending or outstanding against the private respondents as on date.

It is also submitted on behalf of the private respondents that the petitioner has since the filing of the writ petition expired.

In view of the above, WPA 14817 of 2023 stands dismissed alongwith the connected interim applications CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2024.There is no grievance against the WBSEDCL which has been raised writ petition.
