Petitioners are aggrieved by the delay in disposal of O.A. No. 622 of 2009.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that O.A. 622 of 2009 was not listed before the West Bengal land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal since 2011.

State is represented.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by requesting the learned Tribunal to hear and dispose of O.A. 622 of 2009 (LRTT) preferably within six months from date.

Petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Tribunal for such purposes.

W.P.L.R.T. 101 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
