The petitioner claims that his grand daughter, child of his late son, is uncomfortable and under threat from the maternal grand parents.

The Police have made enquiries. The child is hale and hearty with her natural mother.

In the above circumstances, there is no merit in the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.
