1. Considering the materials available in the case diary and more particularly the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner along with others, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
