Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on February 10, 2025 primarily on the ground that the petitioner was absconding from 2014 and surrendered before the learned trial Court only on August 07, 2024. The case could not be committed due to abscondance of the petitioner.

There being no change in circumstances of the case as on this date, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

The bail application is disposed of.
