We have considered the materials on record. Offence involves a dacoity by an interstate gang. Materials on record prima facie show involvement of the petitioner in the crime. Petitioner has assailed the rejection of his prayer for discharge before this Court and obtained an order of stay on the proceeding.

In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in a grave crime and as delay in the matter is at the behest of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
