The present revision of the year 2019 is for setting aside of the order dated 5.4.2019 and 9.4.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 5th Court, Howrah in complaint Case No.764 of 2018 corresponding to T.R No.539 of 2018 under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
