Learned counsels for both the parties submit that by an order passed on October 4, 2024 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) no. 1439 of 2024, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has, by way of an interim arrangement, directed the appellant therein (present petitioner) to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent (private opposite party) in the first week of every month and an amount of Rs.1 lakh within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application, being CRR 2427 of 2024, and the same is accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid Rupees one lakh to the private opposite party on 11th November, 2024.
