The present revision is filed praying for quashing of Final Report in form of charge sheet being No.249 of 2011 dated 30.09.2011 in connection with S.T Case No.3(2) of 2019 arising out of G.R No.525 of 2011 corresponding to Uttarpara Police Station Case No.125 of dated 15.05.2011 under Sections 120B/364A/366/368/384/34 of the Indian Penal Code, now pending before the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Seerampore, Hooghly.

Ms. Rita Datta, learned advocate present in court today is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
