The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against an order dated July 2, 2019 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Jangipur, District Murshidabad in Case being No. 581/M/2019.

In a proceeding under Section 144 (2) Cr.P.C., order dated 01.08.2019 was passed in this case directing the petitioner not to change the nature and character of the suit property which is jointly owned by the opposite party and the Court also held that the dispute is primarily civil in nature. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls and considering the nature of the revisional application, CRR 1842 of 2019 stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
