The present revision is filed praying for setting aside of the order dated 26.04.2018 and subsequent order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 6th Court, Asansol and order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Asansol in connection with Barabani Police Station Case No.214 of 2016 dated 31.12.2016 issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioner.

Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate present in court today is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
