AGP Mr. Lal Mohan Basu ...for the contemnor The contempt application is taken up for consideration today pursuant to the previous order dated 26th August, 2022 in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and the sole alleged contemnor. An affidavit has been affirmed on 22nd September, 2022 explaining the delay in complying with the order passed by this Court in terms of the previous order dated 26th August, 2022 which is taken on record.

In view of unconditional apology prayed for on behalf of the alleged contemnor the same is accepted. In consideration of the letter dated 25th July, 2022 whereby the order of the alleged contemnor has been communicated to the petitioner pursuant to the order

passed by this Court on 8th December, 2021 the contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However this order shall not preclude the applicant to take appropriate legal steps against order which has been communicated vide letter dated 25th July, 2022, if so advised.
