Petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench on 19.09.2025 on certain conditions being imposed. Mr. Majumder, learned DSGI has handed over a mail received from the office of the Commissioner of Customs. Having taken into account that the petitioner is enjoying interim bail for about 3 months and there are no adverse inferences at this stage, I am inclined to confirm the bail granted on 19.09.2025 on the same terms and conditions on which the order was passed on 19th September, 2025. Petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions as earlier directed.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 826 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
