None appears for the petitioner even at the time of second call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 challenging the sentence awarded on September 25, 2006 as well as the appellate order dated April 12, 2007.

Since the petitioner is not represented, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
