Learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner submits that the parties are now divorced and the proceedings before the trial Court has been disposed of and, as such, the revision has now become infructuous.

The proceedings before the trial Court was under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of being infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
