Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Evidence of the victim girl implicates the petitioner in the offence. Stray observation in course of cross-examination that she was instructed by her mother to depose in Court does not erode the intrinsic truth of her version.

In view of the aforesaid fact and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
