Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. The present writ petition is related to the grievance of the petitioner, as to the alleged inaction by the respondent, firstly, to grant him the time table and secondly, to consider his prayer vide letter dated May 28, 2024.

In terms of the innocuous prayer of the writ petitioner seeking direction of this Court upon the respondent authority to consider his prayer vide letter dated May 28, and taking into consideration no objection raise by the State respondent as regards such prayer of the writ petitioner, the present case is being disposed of with the following directions:- (i). Let the respondent no. 4 consider and dispose of writ petitioner's representation dated May 28, 2024 by dint of a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order.

(ii). The decision thereof shall be informed to the writ petitioner within one week thereafter.

(iii). In doing so, the concerned respondent shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other person/persons as it may deem fit and proper.

Since no affidavits are called for, allegations made in the writ petition, are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

This writ petition being WPA No. 15826 of 2024 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
