1. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. and the injury report along with C.T. Scan from which it appears that the injury suffered is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
