The writ petition is not maintainable.

The matter relates to a dispute between the petitioner and the cooperative housing society consisting of private individuals with which the petitioner entered into the development agreement. The prayer in the writ petition is a mandamus upon the cooperative society and the Manager thereof to transfer the constructed building as per the agreement in favour of the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner is before the appropriate forum and not before this Court. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
