Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition of anticipatory bail granted on November 9, 2021.

Considering the fact that the petitioner complied with the conditions granting bail on November 9, 2021 and considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet, we relax the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight until further orders. Such condition is waived. All other conditions of the order dated November 9, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
