1. We have seen the answer to question No.5(B)(iii) under Section-B (Grammar and Vocabulary).

Although the answer was correct, the examiner has found it to be incorrect. He has completely misread the answer.

2. In view of such patent mistake committed by the examiner, the writ petitioner/appellant should be awarded one mark and the revised mark-sheet should be issued after adding one mark in the new mark-sheet to be issued within three weeks from date.

3. The appeal succeeds in part.

4. The appeal and the application, accordingly, stand disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
