The instant writ petition has been preferred challenging the Fair Price Shop Dealership vacancy notification dated 26.3.2022.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits on instruction that the notification dated 26.3.2022 has been cancelled and in its place further notification dated June 25, 2024 has been published. A copy of the said notification furnished by the learned counsel is taken on record.

Considering the entire scenario, the instant writ petition appears to be infractuous and the same is hereby disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the later notification according to law.
