Petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of bail granted on 23.07.2025. There was a direction while granting bail upon the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court on any date and if on any date, without justifiable cause he fails, learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail. The aforesaid condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner's appearance be considered in accordance with the provisions of Cr.P.C./BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
