Mr. Srikanta Datta .......For the Petitioner Mr. Pasupati Saha ......For the State The petitioner who is now a retired teacher is entitled to get arrear claim of Rs.1,64,329/-. The District Inspector of Schools sent it to the Commissioner of School Education on 18.06.2014. The petitioner submits that this amount has not been paid to him till date. In the meantime he has retired. I direct the Commissioner of School Education to look into the matter immediately and to take immediate steps to pay the amount to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, if he is otherwise entitled to get it.

With the above observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
