Mr. Badal Singh ...for the petitioner Mr. Shubham Gupta ...for the opposite parties It appears that in my order dated 05.09.2022, at page 2, in the 8th line of the paragraph starting with "Previously, there has been....." after the name Kanhaiya Lal Agarwal, the word "and" should be deleted.

The mistake is thus rectified.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
