Mr. Ahitagni Dey ...for the petitioner It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted a plan for construction of a residential building at Holding No.25/2, P. K. Guha Road, Kolkata-700028 before Dum Dum Municipality for approval.

The Municipality has not yet approved the plan. I do not see any justification to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon Dum Dum Municipality to consider the prayer of the petitioner for sanction of the building plan in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 14851 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
