Banerjee) Mr. Arabinda Chatterjee, Sr. Advocate Mr. Arun Kumar Chakraborty Ms. Aayushi Mukherjee ... for the petitioner Mr. Avishek Prasad ... for the State Mr. Ranjan Saha ... for the Paschim Medinipur DPSC Despite the order passed by the District Inspector of Schools dated 11.05.2023, without interfering with the order this court directed the District Inspector of Schools to consider the bank statement which the petitioner obtained from the Mallabhum Gramin Bank. On the basis of such statement the petitioner submits that it would be evident that he was not paid any salary from 01.01.2002 to 06.05.2007.

It appears from the reasoned order passed by the Secretary of the Paschim Medinipur DPSC that the petitioner enjoyed excess leave from the period from 01.12.2004 to 31.05.2006 and from 01.05.2006 to 06.05.2007. While taking decision in respect of the payment of the due salary, if there is any at all, this

leave account is also to be considered by the Chairmanin-Charge of the said DPSC. The entire exercise is to be considered as aforesaid by six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
