Mr. Sudipto Panda Ms. Jayshree Kumari Jha Mr. Subrata Ghosh ...for the petitioner Mr. Amal Kr. Sen Mr. Lal Mohan Bagh ....for the State Supplementary affidavit submitted by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that the petitioner's egress and ingress is being obstructed by the private respondents.

Learned Advocate for the State has also submitted a report. Report reflects that there was proceedings under Section 144(2) Cr.P.C.

I have considered the report also. The issues complained of is of the year 2021. Almost three years have passed since then. If the peaceful enjoyment of the property till date is obstructed and/or hindered of the petitioner by the private respondents, the petitioner would submit a fresh representation before the Inspector-in-Charge, Purbasthali P.S, Purba

Bardhaman. The concerned officer would consider such representation and ensure that no untoward harassment be inflicted upon the present petitioner at the behest of the private respondents.

However, if there are issues relating to demarcation the petitioner would prefer appropriate application before the jurisdictional Civil Court. Report submitted in Court be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations WPA 14853 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
