1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Perused the report submitted by the I.O.

3. In respect of the subject over which the FIR has been lodged by the informant, the informant having moved the authorities under MSME Act, did not wish to come to a composition in the matter which is essentially a business transaction.

4. The parties have now reached the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.

5. Regard being had to the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of allegation, nature of offence and substantial progress in investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid P.S. case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

6. Within 21 days from today, petitioners are directed to appear before the I.O. along with a server copy or certified copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

8. The application being CRM (A) 2603 of 2023 is disposed of.

9. The I.O. is hereby directed to act upon the server copy of this order, if required.

10. The report of the I.O. filed today by learned Counsel for the State be taken on record.
